'%BC%8F'%BC%8F PLEASE HELP'%BC%8F'%BC%8F I have a 1 yr old female pit bull. Her name is Nina. I took her in out of a difficult situation, hoping if given the right environment, she could be trained & am at the end of my rope with her. I absolutely hate the idea of even giving her to anyone but maybe someone else could help her better than I can..... here is a little background & I am going to be brutally honest.... I got her from a friend back in January.. prior to being with me, she lived in an apartment where she was kept in a crate for the majority of the day & night, due to her owner working full time and Nina being unable to be left unsupervised bc she destroys everything. Her previous owner felt it was unfair to Nina bc she couldn't give her the space and attention she deserved. So I agreed to take her in. She wasn't necessarily aggressive at first but did try and assert dominance with my other male dog. As time has gone on she has become more aggressive and has begun attacking my male dog & going after my cat (now on a daily basis, multiple times a day to the point where I now have to keep them separated) She is beautiful and really is sweet when she wants to be. She has never been aggressive towards any people or kids but she also does play rough and doesn't seem to know her own strength and quite frankly, I'm not sure I want to take the chance. Shelters around the area won't take her due to capacity but I cannot keep her anymore. She is too much of a risk. I am reaching out in hopes that SOMEONE, ANYONE without other animals or kids, & with the time it will take to train her, would be willing to take her in and in other words, spare her life. PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE TAKE THIS DOG!
