About Fiona

Sitting pretty for her glam shots, sweet Fiona is as loveable as she is lovely. This one and half year old Pit Bull mix is a friend to all and very affectionate. She was surrendered after her owner moved and could no longer provide a suitable home. Fiona is a young healthy dog that likes to have fun and needs a fenced in yard with room to run around. She would love to have a family that will take her on walks and play games with her. She's a solid fifty three pounds of muscle too. Fiona is a good match for someone who enjoys a full active lifestyle and has the time to spend with her. She would love to go running with you or go hike in the park. She loves children but it would be best if they were older because of her large size. Amiable and outgoing, Fiona does well with other dogs that enjoy rough and tumble play. She would also be perfectly content as the only dog in the home. Fiona is big on hugging and wants to be near you. She craves companionship but is not overly needy. She will entertain herself with toys or chew bones if you're too busy to play. Fiona prefers to do her business on grass but will need some supervision when she first comes home. It won't take her long to adapt if you keep to a consistent schedule. Fiona is eager to please and very responsive to praise; especially if she gets a treat!
