About Church

Church came to us as a medical case from a local shelter. They had reason to believe he had hip dysplasia, and he had an embedded collar. After some radiographs at our vet, we received the great news that his hips are all good! At his last meet and greet, he growled at a man. We are not sure if this was due to a mask, or if the man looked/smelled like someone who mistreated him. He had never had this issue before. He went through a high volume shelter with many volunteers, has no issues with our volunteers, and met our vet with no issues. Church is about 2 years old, neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and on prevention. His adoption fee is $250. We are requiring a fenced in yard. Applications can be submitted at warsc.net. Email inquiries are not considered. No meet and greets are scheduled without an approved app. Due to high volume of apps, you will only be contacted if your application is approved. WE DO NOT TRANSPORT, SHIP, OR TRANSFER TO OTHER RESCUES, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE TO UPSTATE SC, WE DO NOT HOLD LONGER THAN THE FIRST WEEKEND AFTER YOUR APP IS APPROVED NO EXCEPTIONS.
