About Ice

Ice is a 3 year old catahoula leopard husky mix (best we can guess). Ice was pulled from a local shelter and is looking for his forever home! Ice loves the outdoors and would be great with someone who also loves the outdoors! He loves car rides, we are positive he lives for them! Ice is a sweet boy who loves to nuzzle his big head into your leg or shoulder for some love. Ice does need a family that can take control. He wants to be top dog, and clear boundaries will need to be set with him from day 1. He does love other dogs, and likes to romp around with them! He is a leash puller, but has been introduced to a training collar that is helping. We are unsure if Ice is house trained, but he never uses the bathroom in his kennel and never offers to tear anything up. He isn't much on chewing, even bones/raw hides. Ice is extremely food motivated and very smart. He will sit, down, shake, and wait.
