About Maia

Say hello to Maia! She still has a few quirks from spending time in boarding but she is very affectionate and a great dog!! Maia loves to spend time outside, thinks she's a lap dog, and enjoys treats (especially cheese). When we get home Maia greets us with excitement and her tail wagging to the point her whole backside shakes. Maia is much better walking past animals during her long walks but she needs to be the only pet in her new home. Maia needs a family that will be patient as she adjusts. This little lady lets you know she wants attention by pushing her nose into your hand for some petting and affection. She will also roll over and enjoy a good belly rub when you're willing to give one. Maia likes to play with toys and her teenage foster brother even taught her to fetch although she doesn't always give it back. You should definitely make plans to meet this beautiful 5yr old Kelpie mix in hopes of adding her to your family. 60lbs. Adoption fee is $175 and includes DHPP & rabies vaccinations heartworm testing spay/neuter surgery deworming and microchip. All animals are examined by a veterinarian.
