About Katniss

Meet Katniss! Katniss has been in the rescue for almost FIVE YEARS because everybody overlooks a chunky girl like her. She loves to be petted and will purr contentedly for long periods of time while she gets attention. Katniss is a loving couch potato who wants to stay by your side all day! She needs an adopter who can help her to lose a little but of weight! She is not afraid of strangers and has so far allowed everyone who approaches her to pet her. She will also come over for attention as well. She is playful too - she likes to bat around toys and loves to watch out the window. Katniss is a beautiful girl with perfect manners. She keeps herself, is well-groomed, uses her litter box perfectly, and is in great health. She's a real joy to have around!
