About Bali

Bali has been my best gal for three years. I adopted her and was told, she was 2-3 years old at that time. So approx 5-6 years.. She loves people but is still somewhat hyper with visitors and will occasionally jump or bump into them. She has skills of sit, lay down, shake, etc and seems to be quick to learn. She has been very good with my Yorkshire terrier and my daughter's German Shepard. A good home for her would include another larger dog for her to run around with and play. She loves to be loved! Bali has been a great guard dog for us. Even our neighbors appreciate her alerting to strangers on the streets at night, etc. She has scared off at least two attempts where we could of been burglarized.. She also has a great deal of bloodhound instincts.. Her sense of smell is exceptional and her characteristics show that she is a hunter.. Bali would absolutely not be good with cats. She has caught squirrels and birds in our yard and would surely go after a cat. Bali is approximately 100lbs and is 40' tall at the top of her head. She will need to be spayed soon, as well as an update on shots. She is very good with children but because of her large size, will tend to knock smaller kids about.
