Happy is loving and enjoys tummy rubs and her time with people. Give her about 3-5 minutes and she will be your lap dog. She likes being in the same room with people. She is a small female only weighing about 40 pounds. She cuddles and snuggles next to her people. She will sleep on her dog bed but will sneak up on the couch when she gets the chance. She's potty trained and settles down nicely in the house. She's been a family pet and was not used for hunting. She has a GOOD NOSE though. She and her mom were on the scent of a pheasant yesterday. She is in foster care with her mom. She needs room to run.. She has plenty of energy. Loves the doggie door. She's ONLY in the kennel during the time I have to leave the property for over an hour or two. She's not happy with that arrangement but she's learning. She sometimes whines but will settle down if you say 'enough.' Happy is NOT A KENNEL DOG. Some people with hunting dogs keep them outside in a kennel. Happy is a family member. She's a homebody girl.
