MEET 'JOPLIN' | AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION | EMAIL: [email protected] | SO CAL ONLY PLEASE ---- Our velvet hippo Joplin, or Jojo for short, has the warmest smile and the sunniest personality. She sees the bright side of everything (except baths). In fact, we'd say she's 65 lbs of solid optimism. Her food dish is always half-full in her mind! And everything is an opportunity for fun and adventure, especially: walks, playtime & meeting new people. At 3 years young, Jojo knows all of her grownup manners. She's polite on walks, responds to a leash tug if she starts pulling a little, and never jumps on people even when she's SO excited to see them! Need some yoga inspiration? Joplin executes the cutest hourly down-dog, making her the perfect roommate to help you nama-stay at home. She's a gentle and sweet pup who politely rides in cars, sits for her leash, and takes treats delicately. Her enthusiasm is also remarkably quiet - her foster fam has only heard her bark once, for about two seconds. And if you love trick training, she'll be your BFF - Joplin loves learning; she learns fast; and she really listens. Jojo has 'joy of life' on lock but she also knows the value of chilling out, snoozing nearby, or a good snuggle with loved ones. We'd love to see Jojo in a moderately active home (she does love a couple of good walks every day - best exercise accountability buddy ever!). She'd probably be fine in a home with respectful older children, and possibly a well-matched male companion dog but she hasn't officially met any other pups yet. She's also house broken and crate trained. Have we found the perfect pittie?
