About Tanner

Adoption Fee: $200
Lab mix
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

Meet Tanner Tanner is a gorgeously handsome young pup. We rescued Tanner from a high-kill shelter and he arrived on August 12, 2020. We, and he, are so happy to be here. It sure beats his other fate and every day Tanner shows us how grateful he is to be safe. Now we just need to find this incredible boy his forever loving family. Tanner is a chocolate (with a patch of white) Labrador retriever mix. He could have a little terrier in him given his coloring or bird dog, given his interest in birds. Tanner's eyes are mesmerizing, with one blue and one gold. He is such a striking dog that heads turn wherever he goes. But his personality is equally as awesome. Tanner is about 10 months old. He weighs 46 lbs. Tanner walks well on a leash, but could use some rudimentary training. Tanner has a lot of energy and will do best with an active person or family. Tanner loves to sniff and smell everything he comes into contact with. Tanner loves running around the yard and enjoys the freedom a fenced area gives him. Tanner is affectionate, friendly, and he welcomes attention. He is a goofy, silly boy who has so much to offer. Tanner is dog friendly. He's been introduced to the office cats. He playfully bows at them, and while not aggressive, it will be best to introduce him slowly to any feline housemates. He seems to like to play fetch and chase and this might include cats or small dogs. Tanner enjoys car rides and welcomes adventure. If you are looking for your hiking or running buddy and best companion, Tanner may be it. He is wonderful and will make any house a home. Get your application in for this boy. He's one of a kind.
