About Chattanooga

Chooey is a 13 year old Norwegian forest cat. I can't vouch that he is pure but physically and his personality are exact match for a forest cat. Google Norwegian forest cat. I have to return to Australia otherwise I wouldn't be giving him up. Australia is very tough with quarantines. I've had him since he was a kitten as a animal welfare adoptee. He is: 13 pounds Has the forest cat double layer fur great for cold and snowy weather. He likes the snow. He has a thick mane and chest fur. Big fluffy tail. Baseball mit paws with furry toes. He loves to climb. When he was younger he would bring presents, usually live whereupon I would rescue. I was successful about half the time. He is past it now. He is in good health. He is due for his needles and I'll take care of those and he has a touch of kitty arthritis in his shoulder. He is very mobile and would be happy being outside as well. He loves trees. Well he is a forest cat. He has visited the vet only for his regular needles and checkup. He is Very social. He has been alone with me for a long time but had a good female buddy Hepburn for a few years RIP. He would be initially shy with another dog or cat but I am confident he would be cuddling after he get comfortable. He will talk with you. And he is not needy.
