We require that you fill out our Companion Animal Guardian History (application), provide the names and phone numbers of the animal hospitals you've used in the past three years, and have a home visit. We provide you with Baby's medical record. His adoption fee is $180 (payable in cash, only) which includes, but is not limited to, neuter, vaccinations, worming, Feline Leukemia Virus/FIV blood test, and microchip.
