About Echo

Echo is a fun loving 2 year old lab mix. She LOVES fetch, any type of play and just being around her people. She likes car rides, hiking, swimming and jogging, though she still sometimes pulls at the leash. Unfortunately she does NOT like other dogs and at 18 months, began fighting with our older dog constantly. Due to this, we've had to keep them both separated, which has meant Echo's in a crate whenever both dogs have to be in the house. We rescued Echo from an abusive situation when she was only 5 weeks old. She came to us starved and very afraid of people. She still LOVES to eat, but will pace herself and not overeat. She is still very afraid of people and will act aggressive and growl and raise her hair, but has not ever bitten anyone or tried to. We do meet new people with a muzzle just to be safe though. Once she knows you, she will lick you all over and want to be in your lap if you let her! She loves my kids and likes the cat, but does try to play with him at times by chasing him. She has LIFETIME training with Bark Busters that follows her to anywhere she goes and they will come to your house to work on training her specifically with you. She comes with her crate, some toys, her muzzle and leash. We currently have an invisible fence that she responds well to.
