About Noli

This little girl is Noli, she is a 1 year old, 13 lb Border Collie Blend looking for a new home. Her old home was not nice to her and left her outside all the time. While she was left outside her paw was injured causing a couple of her toes to be torn off. Her humans did nothing about it and neighbors saw that she was in pain, Animal Control got involved and she was taken away from her former owners and sent to a high kill shelter in Louisiana. Her paw healed and it does not affect her at all now. The shelter became way too crowded and she was transported to Kansas - to another crowded high kill shelter. She was networked to Colorado and found a rescue with Low Riders. Noli has gone through many changes in the past couple of weeks and still has a bounce in her step and a non stop wagging tail. She is absolutely a love bug and will curl up in your lap if you give her the chance. Noli is a sweetheart!! She does well with her foster friends but is a bit wary of new dogs. She needs some direction as she acts more like a puppy than a 1 year old. She is totally worth the effort - did I mention she is an absolute doll? Noli is hoping to find a fun and adventurous family that loves to go out on family walks, hikes and maybe a picnic or two.
