About NICHOLAS

Nicholas (Nikky) came to us as an owner surrender when his human died and family was no longer able to care for him. In rescue he had a dental cleaning and we also discovered that he has Cushing's disease which is causing the hair loss. He has recently started the medication. The rescue will provide a 2 month supply of medication and will pay for his next re-check test to make sure he is on the right levels. We are also adapting his diet based on the diagnosis. He is vision and hearing impaired but gets around fine and is a sweet loving boy just grateful for a warm comfortable home. Nikky is around 12 years old and 10-11 lbs. He walks well on a leash and is mostly housebroken when allowed regular access to the outside. He also uses potty pads when needed. Who can give this handsome boy a retirement home?
