Cyrus was seized with 17 other dogs in a cruelty/neglect case. He lived in a small enclosure with the other dogs. They lived in filth, went days without food or water, were cover in fleas and had never had a bath. he is around 5 years old, weighs 48 lbs., has been vaccinated, is heartworm negative, good on a leash. He does have hair loss due to the fleas. Despite his living conditions, he is very friendly. He enjoys walking on a leash, is thrilled to have human contact and attention.
