About VIRGIL NEEDS A FRIEND!

What a wonderful boy! Virgil is approx 2yrs old and still very puppy like! He weighs 50lbs... although he's very skinny and should be 55lbs or so when he's filled out. He is a very friendly, active boy that will do best in a social, athletically active home. And he absolutely loves to play with other dogs, especially little ones, and they help burn his high energy so he MUST have another dig in the home. He's even good with the kitties. Even though he has only three legs, Virgil loves to jog and hike, too. He has plenty of energy and seems to do best if he can start his day out with a run, long jog, or playtime in the yard with his doggy pals. Long walks are also good, He's a very smart boy that excels with all of his training games. Because Virgil can be demanding with his people, he must have a somewhat assertive, large dog experienced person under whose care and direction, he will thrive! Virgil loves all people but still needs to learn he cannot jump up for hugs and he can still be a mouthy boy when he wants your attention so an adult only home would be best. He must have a 5ft or higher securely fenced yard in which to run and play when walks are not an option. Otherwise he can be a vocal boy (typical husky) until you take him outside or play with him. He would do best if he was not left alone for more than 4-5hrs. NO apartments, please.
