About Zoey

Zoey is a 3 month old calico shorthaired kitten with a left ear tip. She was part of a large litter that was going to be TNR'd (trap, neutered, returned) but it was a dangerous area to return her to so we decided to work with her and her siblings so we could give them a better life and into an indoor home. Zoey is doing well with her socialization and is making strides. Zoey will do best in a home with someone that understands how to socialize and work with kittens, and also understand that she may never be a cuddly affectionate cat. We hope that she will be, as well as her siblings but there is never a guarantee and it's dependent upon the amount of time and patience the adopter has. Our foster homes do the very best they can to prepare the cats for their permanent homes. We have preference to adopt Zoey with her sibling Leo, so we are first looking for homes that want a pair. Zoey is playful and will let you pet her. She needs extra time to warm up to people. No young children. All cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, FeLV/FIV tested, FVRCP and rabies vaccinated, dewormed, and current on revolution topical for parasite prevention. No declawing. Indoor homes only.
