About Blaze

Welcome Blaze to CCPAL Rescue. He is a Beautiful Boxer/Lab is our best guess. He is 2.5 years old. He is very nice. He is about 50 pounds. Size of a normal lab. He is moderately active. He holds his potty in the kennel and is great on a leash. He is submissive and shows his tummy for tummy rubs. He comes and heals nicely on lead and doesn't jump up. He is fairly quiet in the kennel setting which is a place dogs normally bark. He has nice manners and was really nice to us as strangers when we were checking him over. He came from Lockhart pound. A good Samaritan called us when they were at capacity. We happened to have space in the kennels. Blaze will be a great family dog. He will doesn't have any quirks we can see and think he would be nice with kids 7 or older. He will make a nice walking companion or just companion for some family. Moderately active will be fine with this boy. He is pretty chill and laid back so a smaller yard would be ok and nice walks would suffice for his exercise. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the transporters to deliver him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Vermont or all along the East Coast.
