About Daryl

We took this dog in when a landlord made his people rehome him. We've had him 2 months. We wanted a companion for our dog, but we are starting to fear they could kill each other. He is very protective of everything and our female will not back down from anything. Now that Daryl is nearly an adult he is getting more aggressive with our female and the clashes are getting scary. We can't break them up when they get in a nasty fight. We don't want to send him to a shelter because we think that being caged will make him worse. He is good with us. Not sure how he would be with kids or other pets. He needs someone who knows how to work with his breed and aggressive behaviors and we don't know how to handle these issues.
