Meet Chandler, an 18 month old, male, Shepherd Mix, who is currently at the high kill, SEAACA shelter, in Downey, CA. Chandler gets along with other dogs as he came into the shelter with another dog who has since been adopted. As a result, Chandler is in need of a foster (temporary home) and or adopter (permanent home).
