About Taffy

Meet Taffy! This sweet girl is a Shih Tzu that is 15 pounds and approximately 10-years-old. She is a bit shy and timid initially, but warms up very quickly. She enjoys snuggling on a big fluffy bed, exploring the backyard, and doesn't mind the company or other dogs or cats. She walks well on a leash and harness, enjoys car rides, and is great with considerate children. She is potty pad trained but needs consistent training to go outside for potty breaks once she settles into a new home. She does have luxating patellas that our rescue vet recommended we do not fix due to her age. They do not seem to bother her - she does not limp or have any painful sensations.
