'Oh hi! My name is Kenya and I think that we're going to be pretty awesome friends! I am a 3 month old (as of 8/5) kitten that came to SVASC with 6 other kitties. We were surrendered to SVASC when our caretaker was unable to provide medical care for us. We were pretty sick when we arrived, but thanks to the dedicated staff at SVASC and my wonderful foster mom, I'm looking and feeling like a million bucks now! My foster mom describes me as a pretty laidback kitten. While my siblings are roughhousing, I can typically be found snuggled up in her lap, taking a nap. I can totally be persuaded to play, though! I enjoy playing with my foster mom and siblings, too and would be very happy to romp around another kitty. When thinking about bringing me home, please remember that kittens are a lifetime commitment. SVASC recommends that kittens go home in pairs; after all, we do best when we have a buddy! I'll be happiest if I have someone to play with and to keep me out of trouble. Please consider adopting another kitten from the shelter. My adoption fee is $55 to an approved adopter. I'm currently waiting for a home with a foster, so I'm not at SVASC.
