SIMBA - A1137839 - AT BEST WILL BE RESCUE ONLY! The Animal Foundation, Las Vegas, NV SIMBA is a gorgeous male chow that at best is Rescue Only at the Las Vegas shelter. We are hoping the shelter will release to a rescue, but we will then need a chow experienced and local foster or foster-to-adopt. Per the shelter: 'At this time, this animal is still being evaluated through our standard shelter processes and has not been recommended for Transfer placement with any of our Paw Partners.
