This can be found at www.waldosmuttleycrew.org. Select the Applications tab, then Adoption Application. THE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED BEFORE WE CAN START THE PROCESS. It can take up to a week to process an application. We are an all-volunteer rescue so please be patient. Our adoption area is limited to a 4 hour radius of Indianapolis. We try our best to provide all information in our bios. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask during the interview process. Some of our dogs have special requirements such as needs another dog in the home or requires a physical and permanent fenced yard. These requirements are not negotiable. Unless otherwise noted, we do not cat test our adoptable dogs. We also require that all pets in your household be spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and on a monthly heartworm/flea preventative. E-MAILS: We do not respond to e-mail inquiries without an application. We regret that we cannot respond to every e-mail unless you fill out an application. All the dogs we offer for adoption have been spayed/neutered, wormed and microchipped, are up-to-date on immunizations, have been tested for heartworm and are currently receiving a monthly preventative. Maudie will steal your heart in seconds flat ... guaranteed! Everyone who meets her falls instantly in love. She's a 'people dog' who loves all humans - big & small! This 10 yr old, 100 lb great pyrenees/lab mix definitely doesn't act her age. Maudie likes being in the middle of the action, surrounded by her family and friends. She's always up for a car ride or a walk, especially if it means she gets to make more acquaintances. And since Maudie is incredibly gentle & well-mannered, she's a joy to bring along on outings. She doesn't like to be left alone a lot; she gets lonely & bored so would be happiest in a home where someone was with her the majority of the time. Maudie is good with other dogs & has been to doggy day care countless times but is perfectly content being an 'only dog' as then it means she can soak up all the attention she craves. Maudie is potty trained and she prefers not to be kept in a crate. If you think this sweetheart would be a good fit for you, please let us know.
