About Juneau

Juneau is a big beautiful girl! She is half Dogo Argentino and half Alaskan Noble Companion Dog. Juneau was born on November 21, 2016, and I have had her since she was 7 weeks old. Juneau weighs in between 95-100 pounds. Juneau is obedient and house trained. She was trained by Sit Means Sit and is also SportDog collar trained. She is good with most adults, but does not do well with children. Her unpredictability with kids is the primary reason we have made the tough decision to re-home her. She is very loving, loyal and protective of her owners. Ideally she would do best in home that has a private fenced in yard for her to run free and play catch with her frisbee. She is very athletic and loves going on 2 mile jogs, and can catch a frisbee out of mid air! Juneau enjoys walking through rivers and running through fields, then finding comfy spots to nap. She loves being brushed, she's okay with having baths, and to cut her toenails you have to distract her with a plate covered in peanut butter. My wish is for Juneau to end up with someone who loves her as much as we have.
