About Rousey

Rousey is a full blooded boxer. She has been extremely well cared for and spoiled. She is spayed and is up to date on all shots. I have had Rousey since she was 18 months old. She is an amazing dog when it is just me and her. She is lovable and loves to be played with and cuddled. She would never become aggressive with me. However, I have five grandkids and she has become very territorial and protective of me when I give my attention to to the kids. She makes an excellent watch dog and alerts me when someone is at the door. I am having a new grand baby and I fear the stress of another baby and turning my attention away from her will be too much for her. She has anxiety which she takes medication for. I am looking for a home with NO children or pets. She will become very aggressive with other pets. Children, especially younger ones can make her nervous and she becomes temperamental and growls if they get in her space or mess with her. She is protective of me. Rousey turned 4 in May. She had a clean bill of health at her last vet appt in April and weighed in at 53 lbs. Only people with no pets, no children and a fenced yard will be considered to adopt Rousey.
