About Mia

Calling all Rottweiler lovers! Mia is your perfect match. This sweet girl will be 3 years old in September. She weighs about 70lbs, a smaller Rottie, but she has a big heart. Like a true Rottweiler, she uses her body to show her affection - leaning on you, hitting you with her paws because she doesn't want you to stop the belly rubs, thinking she can be a lap dog and trying to sit in your lap. Mia loves attention and prefers curling up next to you all day. She's house broken and not a chewer. She likes quieter, low energy dog companions - she's a lover, not a fighter. But she can brave when needed, such as barking at the scary lawn mower or barking at the dog, behind a fence, across the street. Older children preferred because she may knock smaller ones over. Ages 10+ This dog was neutered/vaccinated/microchipped and tattooed with funds provided by AFEW. Note: AFEW reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unfit or unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come- first serve basis.
