Remi was rescued by RDD as the hunter that owned her had no use for her anymore and was going to take her out back and shoot her. A neighbor rescued her and contacted us. Remi has been in a loving foster home and has had to learn how to be a dog, as she was locked up in a kennel her entire life. She is doing great! She is potty trained and has learned to smile and wag her tail although she is still a little timid. She loves other dogs, cats, and chickens. Remi is 9 years old, weighs 45 lbs, is up to date on shots, and microchipped. She is heartworm positive and is being treated with slow kill method (1-year Heartguard will be provided with adoption) she has recently been spayed and has had multiple mammary gland tumors removed that were non-cancerous.
