Age: Senior
Sex: Male

Looking for a foster or adoptee for Max , one angel to save this sweet senior . He still has his golden years to live and the shelter will murder him if a placement is not found now ! Please call Kat at 516 457-3678 if you can help save sweet Max. No small children families ! Dog - Mixed Breed (Large) Sex : Male Age : 11Y / 1W Weight : 100.60 lbs Location: Large Dog Kennel, D8 Max ACCT-A-71227 - EOD 7/30 Max ACCT-A-71227 is currently considered urgent and at risk of euthanasia due to medical and behavioral concerns. Max must have confirmed placement with a RESCUE PARTNER by Thursday, July 30th, 5:30 PM. Should Max's medical or behavioral status change, his urgency and timeline for placement may also change. Max urgently needs to leave because he has presented as an obese senior with multiple skin masses whose behavior in shelter does not allow a full veterinary exam. His previous owner reports lunging and snapping at strangers. He requires a full service senior work up including endocrine testing. Confirmed placement is considered confirmation of an actual rescue pull. Possible placement, interested parties, and other 'TBD' statuses are not considered confirmed and do not indicate an animal is no longer urgent. If you are an adopter interested in this pet you must connect with a rescue partner willing to pull on your behalf. ACCT Philly is located at 111 West Hunting Park Ave in Philadelphia. We are open for adoptions 7 days a week. Please visit www.acctphilly.org/adopt for details.
