About Buddy

Buddy was rescued in 2016 after he was found laying in a ditch on the side of the road. A throw away dog from a dog fighting area, ears cut to base, emaciated and scared. Well, Buddy was adopted by his foster parents who love him dearly, but his issues with other animals and their young son has made it clear that he needs another home. Buddy needs a calm household with adults who realize that he has had a horrifying life and cannot handle a lot. Buddy is about 5yrs old, he is healthy now and fully vetted. He is a laid back dog who loves to hang out on the couch with his humans. He is an awesome snuggle bug and loves leisurely walks and laying in the sun. He is a loyal dog whose bright blue eyes will capture your heart. Buddy needs a low energy home with no other animals and no kids. He has been so abused that he is sensitive on his body in some places and they have just never had him with kids for that reason.
