About Daisy

Are you looking for a sweet, young, small dog that loves to go on walks and will snuggle up with you in the evening? Daisy might be your girl. Daisy is an 11 pound Chiweenie who came into rescue at the beginning of July. She's been spayed, vaccines are up to date, heartworm negative & is on preventative. She just turned a year old and is very puppy-like. Daisy is a very affectionate, playful and active little girl. She'll bark when she first meets someone new but relaxes quickly. Daisy loves her morning walks and playing in the fenced yard. Since coming into rescue Daisy has been working on her basic commands and has done very well with house-training in her foster home. You'll want to continue with her house-training in your home. A fenced yard is a requirement. An electric fence is not an option for this little dog. No small children but teenagers would be fine. She likes the neighbor's dog and plays very nicely. We're hoping for a home that already has a small young dog so Daisy can have a buddy.
