About Oliver

Oliver is a 6 year old Siberian husky mix with German Shepard and cattle dog .He has been with his owner for over 4 years. Unfortunately she is moving 1400 miles away near Canada and can not bring him with her. Oliver is sweet and kind very affectionate with owner and friends. i have seen him with my grandson an he was kind and gentle with him . He would do ok around children with supervision that are maybe older 5 and up. He weighs 70 lbs and seems to be in perfect health. He is well mannered and awesome company. He has had a run of bad luck with certain dogs that come off aggressive when he has seen them on walks he gets fearful and shows reactivity at times. He has encountered a situation some years ago with a small dog that came after him to attack and Oliver bit him. The Owner filed a complaint which is on record and was also dismissed . He does well with cats and current Owner has had a few in the past n present . Oliver needs to be socialized appropriately with other dogs with kind hearts to eliminate his fears of aggressive behaviors the other dogs might have. My daughter is a dog trainer n can give lessons to in person or via facetime. i believe with positive reinforcement and positive interactions he will be a wonderful dog to a loving family.:) ideally should be the only dog until these fears subside. This dog is in Flagstaff.AZ. willing to do a meet and greet with Owner.
