About Thelma and Louise

*Bonded Pair Meet Thelma and Louise two 6 year old retired Bichon breeding mamas. They have both been spayed and fully vetted. They are a bonded pair so MUST be adopted together. Both girls are crate trained, doing well with potty training, and walk on a leash. They eat dry kibble and are food motivated. Neither girl still wants to be touched but nonetheless they let you know they love you in their own way! Thelma is timid but very curious and loving. She will bark to communicate with you and still sometimes will very quietly whine. Most of the time though Thelma is a quiet girl and very playful. Louise is also a timid girl but is extremely quiet. She is a bit more cautious but is starting to come out of her shell. Thelma loves to run and play with Louise. Both girls love to run and play and Louise is really fast ( it is a beautiful thing to watch them running and playing together) so they would benefit from a fenced yard. They do well with our other 3 small dogs and have been tested with a larger dog and did well with him also. They have been around a six year old and were as receptive of her as with anyone but as timid as the girls are I would suggest supervision with children until they are comfortable in their new home. The girls have not been cat tested at this time. These girls had a very rough start in life so will need time and patience to learn to trust and love you but they are so worth the wait!!!!!
