About Lena

We have had Lena since she was a puppy. She has been around our four children since the youngest was 10 years old. She does well with routine and is very attached to me, Ingrid. We are moving out of the country and had originally planned to leave her with our youngest son. His job is proving not conducive to leaving her as she would be alone 10 hours a day. I am wary, when people come to the house about letting them pat her. She is unpredictable with people she does not know or feels uneasy around. She has bitten if she has felt threatened. She does suffer from asthma, however she is reasonable active for saying she is nearly 9 years old. She is generally a content dog, she quite often takes herself off to sleep in our rec-room in the basement. However she does enjoy being in the same vicinity as my husband or myself.
