About SPOCK

SPOCK was born May 24, 2020. He's a handsome playful guy. He has a brother (Barnum). Their mom is a pure husky. Spock loves to be held/cuddled and have his belly rubbed, very affectionate. We would prefer to adopt the brothers together. If we adopt them seperately, you would need to already have a young playful friendly dog of similar adult size. We have specific adoption and Covid rules listed below! Adoption fee includes spaying, vaccines, deworming, microchip. You must already have another young friendly dog of similar size (when grown). Please no young children. And please note our adoption area below. Revised adoption policy Due to Covid -19 pandemic and social distancing requirements, we've revised our adoption policy. First, please email ([email protected]) to inquire before you fill out the online application. (Please do not call or text). We are unable to do multi-dog/cat meetgreets or adoption events at this time or bring multiple animals to your house to choose from, so please only inquire if you're serious about adopting this particular animal(s). If you're just shopping around with several shelters and rescues, please let us know this. If your application is approved (which 'could' take up to one week) then we will contact you to set up a Zoom chat or ph call to answer questions/clarify anything and set up a day/time to bring the pet to you. Since we can't come into the home/yard due to Covid-19, we ask that you to send us pics /video of your home/yard/living area/current pets. We will discuss with you about meeting your other pets. At the meeting/adoption at your house (outside) please wear a mask (as will we) and have hand sanitizer. We adopt locally to Central Abq, Santa Fe and Rio Rancho. No out of area adoptions inquiries please. No young children for our adoptions please. Puppies MUST adopt to families that have another young friendly playful dog of similar size. We like to stay in touch after adoption - pics, videos, social media, etc :-)
