About Dusty Bottoms

Meet Dusty Bottoms, a 10.5 year old Long Haired Chihuahua mix with the sweetest face and a curious mind. He weighs 11.6 pounds and is full grown! Dusty has done great with men, women, and has been around children as young as 4 years old. He is great with dogs of all sizes and would love to have a canine companion to bond with. Dusty prefers his people to be home as often as possible and loves if they work from home! He loves walks, cuddling on the couch, and most importantly, he LOVES food! His fosters noticed barbecue/baked food are his favorite and he stands on his two legs pulling the cutest face when he senses there's food around! Dusty is potty trained but sometimes may mark his territory at home and will need some reminders. He is also kennel trained, walks good on a leash and rides well in the car. Dusty would do best kenneled when home alone as he can get a bit curious and get into things he shouldn't. He enjoys going for adventures and sometimes will try to sneak out with his people or on his own by getting through small spaces. Dusty needs an escapee proof home to keep him safe! He knows a number or tricks that he can't wait to show of for treats! While here with AZSDR, Dusty received a dental cleaning and know has shiny teeth to smile with. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, vet checked and microchipped. His adoption fee is $300 which includes a free vet visit.
