WAGS RESCUE WELCOMES OSCAR!! OH MY GOODNESS what a doll baby this boy is.. ALL 12 lbs scream for you to love him, and we do. Oscar is a pure Shih Tzu with liver coloring. He is just our baby. Unfortunately, he came in a total matted mess!! WHO does that!! NOW, he can spend his life with a dream owner like his little life was meant to be. Oscar is only 18 mos and loves his person. He is crate trained but still needs some work on the potty skills. Please be patient with him as he gets to learn how to be an indoor family pet. He is neutered, UTD on vaccines, microchipped and you can apply at wags-rescue.org
