About Donkey Kong

'Hello! My name is Donkey Kong and I'm positive that I'm going to be your new best-est friend if you take a chance on me and bring me home! I am a 1-2 year old kitty that came to SVASC with around 30 other cats. We were living in pretty deplorable conditions and so it's taken me a little bit to settle into shelter life, but I'm getting there. Staff report that I am a very sweet and mild-mannered kitty. I can be a little shy because I didn't get much, if any, handling prior to coming to SVASC, but I am really coming around and have learned to love the staff that take care of me. I am a quirky and fun loving kitty! I love to play in my cage and roll all around to show off. Once I get home and settled, I really will be the life of the party. I am a total goofball! Like I said before, I'm a little shy and it may take me some time to adjust to my new home, but SVASC is happy to offer pointers or acclimation. I previously lived with other cats and am happy to share my space with another cat. I also lived with dogs and kids; I feel confident that I could do that again as long as everyone is respectful.
