About Josefina

Josefina is about 4 months old and is a dilute tortoiseshell Domestic Shorthair. Josefina was found as a stray with her mother. We had originally planned to TNR both Josefina and her mother, but Josefina ended up being so sweet that even those at the spay and neuter clinic went out of their way to tell us how sweet she is and to give her a chance to find a home. Josefina is constantly purring and absolutely loves cuddling (with everyone- cat, dog, and human!). She is super sweet and playful. Josefina is now our last kitten foster, and since her feline foster siblings have all gotten adopted, she has grown much closer to the pups of the household (except for one who is not cat-friendly). She would do best in a home with other cat(s)/dog(s)/kitten(s) to play and cuddle with. Josefina must be an indoor-only cat. Josefina has been spayed, defleaed, dewormed, microchipped, vaccinated (Rabies and FVRCP), and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Josefina's adoption fee is $50 and will help with TNRing other cats in the area. If interested in adoption, please PM me your email address. Then: - We will email you an adoption application. Please fill it out and email it back to us. - We will do a vet check (if applicable) to make sure all other animals in the home are spayed/neutered (unless there is a valid reason as to why they aren't) and up to date on vetting and vaccines. - We will ensure that, if you are not the owner of your residence, the owner of the residence is agreeable to you adopting a kitten. - We will then schedule a time for you to meet Josefina and a time for us to conduct a home-check.
