About Buzz

This handsome 2 year old blue Cattledog is Buzz. He weighs about 40 pounds. He is loved but too much energy for his family. Buzz is a smart guy. He knows: 'Sit, stay, lay down, in crate, get in bed, and outside.' He also know how to shake hands and stand on his hind legs for a treat. Buzz is house and crate trained. Buzz loves other dogs of all sizes and he likes to play. Buzz is a typical young Cattledog who needs work with socialization. He is shy in meeting new people and wants to make his own introductions. He doesn't appreciate people who want to be the first to greet him. He will not be considered for a home with kids. He also isn't a city life kind of guy. Too much going on, like lots of bikes and cars! Buzz is fine on leash and timid in the car. A family who goes slow and understands how need to teach without babying will do fine. With his people, Buzz is a sweetie. He loves to cuddle. He also playfully mouths his people's arms. Fetching is a favorite game with his people. Buzz's ideal home knows herders, is generally quiet, and is ready to work with him. Ideally, he isn't left alone much, and definitely is not left alone outside. This is absolutely a house dog. Buzz will be neutered prior to adoption and up to date on all vaccinations. He is located in Hesperia, CA. We do not ship our dogs. He is available for a meeting and adoption in SoCal. A home visit and vet reference are required.
