Sierra is a very sweet 9 pound ball of energy. She is approximately 4 years old, spayed, potty trained, up-to-date on shots, heartworm negative and on heartworm prevention, and on flea and tick prevention. Sierra likes to snuggle in blankets, give kisses, and play with her toy. She likes one specific toy type. Sierra needs an active family that likes to play with her (throw her toy for her), take hikes, and include her in daily life. She will do best in a home with a fenced in back yard. She is dog door trained. Sierra has a hound-like nose (cannot be trusted off-leash) and bark but has more of the Italian Greyhound shape. She absolutely needs sweaters in the winter. Sierra is a dominant female which is why she is being re-homed. I have five dogs and she is fighting with my dominant female. She gets along okay with the other dogs but really shows little interest in them. She likes her humans. Because of her petite size and the fact that she likes to protect her toy, she will not do well with small children. She really is sweet and will blossom in the right environment.
