About DARLIN

Manchester Terrier mix
Age: Adult
Sex: Female

Darlin' - a term of endearment'|.so deserved for this sweet 60 lb, 8 year old girl. Surrendered to our care when her person lost their home, Darlin' lost everything too - her person, her home, her safety. She's an amazing dog who is not only housetrained, she heads to the edge of the sidewalk to take care of her business. She's friendly to all people, loves kids, loves baths (and will jump into the tub on her own), sleeps on her own bed but will sometimes sneak onto her person's bed in the middle of the night, loves to jump and give kisses, loves belly rubs, and knows her basic commands. She is also well-behaved when left home alone while her foster mom is at work. She is not a fan of other dogs or cats so she needs to be an only pet. She does pull on the leash moderately and would benefit from leash training or from home with a fenced yard. 'Darlin' is a gorgeous, sweet, playful, snuggly, takes treats gently, has a great smile and gorgeous eyes, is beautifully groomed, loves playing with her plush toys, and poses for photos like a pro,' says her foster mom. 'Seriously, if you are still reading this and not rushing over to meet her, you are missing out on a gem. But don't just take my word for it...see for yourself.' In fact, the only reason Darlin's foster mom is giving her up is because she works multiple jobs and is out of the home for many hours at a time. She would love to see Darlin' have a family where she gets all the attention she deserves and more physical activity than she can provide. Darlin is spayed, up to date on shots, and microchipped. This happy, healthy, darling girl Darlin' is ready to meet you!
