About HECTOR

Well hello there, my name is Hector. I'm a chihuahua mix. I'm about 8 years old. I'm a little gentleman with a huge heart. My foster mom calls me 'Little Dude.' I'm looking for a new mom. I tend to be more fond of women, and can sometimes be a little bit protective. Seriously, I like the chicks. I'd have to warm up to a guy, but it's possible with some time and patience. My foster mom said I'm a Velcro dog. Hey I want to be close to my person all the time. There's nothing wrong with that right?! I love to hang out on the couch and watch Netflix / television with my foster mom. I love to be petted. I'm not much into toys. I love to snuggle under the covers. I'd love to sleep with you if you'd allow it. I'm so little I take up no room. I don't toss and turn. I find a good spot and that's it until morning when my foster mom says 'Let's go out and go potty.' I use a dog door or will go out when it's time to go potty. I'm not a picky eater although sometimes I'm not in the mood for breakfast. Oh and like to lay down and eat. Oh come on, admit it, you do too sometimes. I love dog cookies. I also like peeled baby carrots and bite size shredded wheat. If I'm feeling stressed out because of all the other dogs here, I will chill in a crate. You know, just to have a little me time. Oh did I mention I'm blind in one eye? Don't be concerned please. I get around fine and I can still see what a lovely person you are. So what do you think?
