About Mama Mia

Adoption Fee: $50.00
Domestic Cat
Age: Kitten
Sex: Female

Remember Mama Mia, the sweet young kitty who came to us as a stray with three beautiful kittens? We noticed she had a stiff hind leg; Mia's exam and X-rays revealed that she had lived a tough life. This precious 1 1/2-year-old girl had not only been hit by a car and left with multiple fractures that healed improperly without any medical attention; she had also been shot, leaving her leg riddled with pellets. Imagine, no medical care through either trauma, no human family to care for or love her and three babies to care for. Through the generous help of our donors, Mia was able to get the surgery she needed and deserved. Mia is just about fully recovered from her amputation surgery and looking for her forever home! Mia would like a calm home with older children or adults only. She wouldn't mind another friendly cat or calm dog with nice manners. Mia is strictly, indoor only. She is quiet and loving, super gentle, very interactive, and likes to hang out in a sunny spot with her people. This is one super special kitty, are you the family she's been waiting for?? $50 adoption Eligible for our BOGO-adopt one, get one program- 2 kitties for one adoption fee!
