ADOPTION PENDING 7 year old female Pomeranian, about 16 pounds. (overweight) Hi my name is Bella. I am a very sweet and quiet girl. I am scared of people, so I don't like to be cuddled, pet, or picked up (yet!). I am getting more curious and comfortable at my foster mom's house. I like to follow her around and watch what she does from a distance. It's really helpful for me to have two confident, well-behaved dogs around who are my size in my foster home to help take the lead. I should go to a home where I can have other doggo buddies. I know my name and that I'm supposed to go outside when I potty, but I have had a couple accidents in the house. I'm not really ready for other training yet because I get stressed out when people are too close to me in the house. I'm a smart girl, so once I gain more confidence around humans, training will be a great! I do well on a leash and have been for trail walks, camping, and road trips! I am fast and known to be a runner so I should be kept on a leash at all times, unless I'm in a secure yard. It is a little tricky to get my harness and leash on because the humans have to slowly corner me to be able to touch me, but once it's on I'm good to go! A home without young children would be best for me. I'm looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed to help gain more confidence in people and blossom in to the best dog ever! I'm good with other dogs, chickens, goats, and wild rabbits! I haven't come across any cats yet since I've been in foster care. Owner surrender. Adoption contract and fee applies. All dogs are fostered throughout the Puget Sound area and are brought to the events where they can be met by prospective adopters.
