About Slim Jim

To potentially adopt him, please send an application (found on our website azsmalldog.org) to [email protected]. Slim Jim is a gentle 6 year old Chihuahua mix looking for his forever home. He weighs 9 pounds and is full grown. Slim needs a patient home willing to give him time to adjust in new environments. He will bond very closely to his person and always want to be near. Slim has done well with all adults and gentle children. He is great with dogs of all sizes but also wouldn't mind being the center of attention. Slim is a very quiet boy who will make you think he isn't even in the room. He walks well on a leash and would do best kenneled while in the car unless you enjoy having a small dog crawl in between your back and the seat. He will require additional training as he adjusts. Slim is an affectionate boy who will always be ready for cuddles! He loves hidey beds and must go to a home where he will be allowed to sleep under the blanket at night. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, vet checked and microchipped. His adoption fee is $220 which includes a free vet visit.
