About Lucy - adoption pendin

Lucy is an owner surrender. The family is heartbroken to give her up but they live near a busy street and are worried their active, very young kids will accidently open the door and Lucy will get hit by a car. Lucy LOVES kids. She would play with the neighborhood kids and literally get on the trampoline with them. This gem of a dog gets along with other dogs but has never been around cats. She is also housebroken and will hit a bell hanging on a door when she needs to go out. Lucy has been to a professional dog trainer to learn leash manners. She knows sit, shake, down, and roll over. She loves car rides, does not mind being dressed up 'by the kids' and loves to cuddle at night under the blankets. Lucy would love to go home to a family with kids and a backyard to run and play. She is about 45 pounds and will be 2 years old on 8/18 and still has some puppy energy. Lucy would love to go home to a family with kids and a backyard to run and play. Please help Lucy find the loving home she deserves. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821).
