We think he might be part parrot because he loves to sit on your shoulder. Sonic is around 2 years old, and is about 8 lbs. He is a hairless Chihauhau as far as we can tell. He has very tiny fine hairs on his back. Sonic will need a family that will take care of his delicate skin by giving him regular baths and making sure he wears his special sun shirt outside. He needs a home without a doggy door because his time in the sun needs to be short and monitored. Sonic loves window watching. He hopes his forever home will have a spot for him to watch all the things going on outside. He is already crate and potty trained. He loves his oyster bed and snuggling under the covers. Sonic likes other pups and is fine with cats once he's barked at them a bit. He can get a little overwhelmed with loud situations and too much excitement, so a quieter home without small children would be best for him. Sonic is super lovable and smart, and just has the funnest little personality! He can't wait to find his forever home. All of our adoptable pups have a minimum requested adoption fee of $250 + tax (pups 6 months and older) and $350 + tax (pups under 6 months old), regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 8 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 3 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
