About Petey

**PLEASE READ PETEY'S BIO THOROUGHLY. ALL REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.** This is our little Petey! This little nuggest is the cutest and most happiest pup you ever met! We actually should have named him 'Happy' because he is always smiling and full of love for everyone! Petey came to us when he was found by someone who was jogging in a park when he saw some kids tossing poor Petey back and forth. He yelled for the kids to stop and they told him they didn't want him anyways and handed him over. Now Petey is safe and loved in his foster home where we see what a great little guy he is! Petey is a 1 1/2 yr old male chihuahua who is approximately 11lbs. He is such a love bug and has such a zest for life! Petey definitely CANNOT be an only dog, no way! He MUST have another small (NO LARGE DOGS), young, and playful dog in the home that we see he gets along with. If you are looking for 2 dogs, we would adopt him out with his best friend, Max (not posted yet), who is a 9 month old Maltese/Terrier mix about 15lbs, but we will definitely not adopt him out as an only dog. He also must have a home with a secure backyard where he can run around in and play, sorry he CANNOT be an apt/condo/townhome type dog. He is full of zest and energy, so unfortunately he cannot go into a senior home. He seems to be potty trained but no guarantees with a rescue dog. He will come scared and nervous, but with patience and love, he will blossom into the best family member you could ask for.
